Information in an inquiry

The inquiry form asks for a name, work email, optional company and phone, and procurement requirements. You can provide product selection, an optional budget with currency and unit basis, and a supplier preference. Those optional choices are combined with your requirement in the submitted inquiry. They help define the purchasing discussion; they are not published supplier ratings.

Share the project details necessary for sourcing questions, such as species, tank volume, intended design flow, quantity and destination. Avoid unnecessary personal information, account passwords or private financial credentials. If a drawing or detailed specification is confidential, discuss the sharing arrangements before providing it through a later communication.
