Project communication

Contact Field Route Sourcing

Send an aquaculture procurement brief through the inquiry form. Identify the product, quantities, US destination and target delivery date; a quotation can only be assessed against the actual application and delivery scope.

Destination first

Share the project delivery location and available access information. No public office or visit address is provided in the current service record. Do not arrange a collection or site visit without written coordination.

Written inquiry

The form is the published procurement contact method. There is no verified public phone, email address or social account in this site's supplied records. Include a work email so the requirement can be discussed through an identified contact.

Planning window

State your seasonal delivery target and any installation milestones. No response-time commitment or office hours are published. Supplier lead times require confirmation with the configuration, quantity and order-start basis.

A brief that can be followed up

Explain the species and biomass basis, tank working volume and design flow in m³/h. Note source-water conditions, mechanical and biological treatment, oxygenation, degassing and pumping requirements. Include available power, controls and physical site constraints.

List the requested quantity in systems or sets, packing and spare parts, plus installation, commissioning and documentation expectations. A target budget is optional: identify currency and per-unit or whole-order basis. Supplier preference describes your priorities and does not establish a verified rating.

If a project designer has already prepared a scope, identify its revision and the decisions still open. Describe any alternative equipment as an alternative, rather than silently changing the baseline. When source-water analysis or site measurements are unavailable, say so in the requirement. Ask prospective suppliers to list their assumptions and the further information needed before confirming the proposed configuration.

After submitting, retain your requirement for comparison. A submitted inquiry is not a purchase order, confirmed supply, engineering approval or reserved delivery date. Discuss outstanding details before relying on any supplier proposal. See design quotation support for scope questions and privacy information for how a procurement request is handled.
